unable to verify license

Everything has worked great until this morning. I get an "unable to verify license" message and ninjatrader opens in simulation mode. When I try to check my license or change it in the platform, it says it is unable to access ninjatrader license servers and asks for a back door code. I have reinstalled ninjatrader and still no luck. Are the servers currently down? Thanks in advance.

There are no issues with the license servers recently.

Can you please email me the license key you are using? You will find this under Help--> License key.

Please send this to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com 'Attn: Matthew' in the subject line and a reference to this thread.
