          Are you connecting with demo or live accounts here? If you connect with a demo and cannot login, it's very likely expired or the second demo you attempt to connect to from this PC - in this case please contact your broker that issued the demo to discuss your options.

          Our live connections tested fine here.

              Could be the case for the second demo unfortunately makra081, as there were changes this weekend in the demo issuing policies I believe - best would be to contact your broker directly as we would not issue logins here ourselves.

                Ok, bad for me.
                I've obtained a licencenumber + username/password from optimus.
                But when i try to setup my connection the provider-name isn't displayed in the drop-down menu.
                How can i indicate the provider ?

                  mate41, when attempting to setup a ZenFire demo you would select the ZenFire as provider here, it would not be the broker name who issued you the logins, but rather the name of the technology provider that you plan to connect to, which is ZenFire here.

                    the connection is established. I had to select Vision as provider for optimus but the chart (220 ticks) don't move with a license-key from optimus. May i use the license-key from NT that case ?

                    I like Zen-Fire but can't connect to it and my demo was not finished. After a new NT7 setup and a new username/password from Zen-Fire i didn't work; no connection. There is also no way to obtain a demo-extension (as some providers do) from Zen-Fire.

                      I opened a new account today morning .... and nothing .... always login failed .... provider is zen-fire and the demo version has been opened with zaner. Help, please !

                          Hi Bruno, welcome to our forums - did you have a demo from ZenFire before? If not, please recheck diligently if your username and password are entered 100% correctly.

                            I checked all the parameters and are all ok. I opened an account in 8th of september and for two next days all worked fine. Today morning .... only problems. Therefore I opened a new account, with zaner demo, and I created a new connection how I'm use to do by nine months. Never problems. Today morning nothing works.

                              What instrument / expiry / session template did you select for your instrument then?
                              Instrument: ES 12-11

                                Ok, and what exact session template would be applied to your chart? Is there any data coming in for this product in the Control Center while connected?

                                There are no known issues connecting reported here.
