Needing some advice please
As of today ( fine last week/month/year) I am unable to connect to my Zenfire account. I get the error dialogue
""Login failed: Unable to login: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure" see image also attached
On advice from NT I have:
Upgraded from NT vew5 to ver 7 ( twice)
removed and re established the account connection ( twice)
this made no difference.
Other strange thing that was happening was that when I closed NT and attempted to re open it, it would say it is unable to open as another instance is running - which it shouldnt have been and was not visibly so. It would re open after restarting the pc.
Does anyone have any suggestions please - I do want to resume trading from Tuesday.
