problem connecting to historical data server
Hi, I registered a demo account with CQG. I can view real-time data in SuperDom, but when it cannot get any historical data. Seems it has problem connecting with the historical market data server. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.Tags: None

The errors in your logs indicate you have been disconnected from the historical data server.
Please try disconnected and reconnecting to CQG to reestablish a connection. You may need to restart NinjaTrader to successfully reconnect.
If you see further issues, I would advise restarting your PC as well as any network hardware such as a modem or router.
