Can I trust Ninjatrader anymore?

Wasn't trading Friday so don't know if the situation has been actually resolved.

But upon further reflection, is more research needed to determine why upon reconnection erroneous information was reported back to Ninja?

It's one thing to have the annoyance of regular disconnects, but to receive erroneous information from the data feed, CQG, is quite another. How can I trust them at all anymore.

I'll be switching back to Zenfire for the time being.

Any thoughts Ninja guys on whether the disconnects are related to the reporting of erroneous information?

We have contacted CQG why an incorrect position update was sent. They are currently working on the issue to try and understand what went wrong.

Once I have more information regarding the issue, I will let you know.
