Unfortunately, Kyle will not be in the office today. I have sent him an email for clarification what steps were taken after jibynn sent him an email. Likely I will only know next Monday.
Could you please save a chart template for the indicators. Does the issue occur if you load the chart template in a newly created chart?
If so, please send me the chart template so I can test it on my end. You can send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header and reference this thread.
Chart templates are saved at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->templates-->Chart.
