Thanks for the forum post.

Can you please let me know what version of NinjaTrader you are using this is located in the Control Center under Help->About and is to the right of the NinjaTrader logo.

Also, please check your IB version. NinjaTrader support TWS 917 only. If you are using a version other then TWS 911 please upgrade or downgrade your installation of TWS by using the download link on the following page:

Ok please update your NinjaTrader to be compatible with TWS 917.

NinjaTrader 7.5.1000.6 supports this version of TWS.

I upgraded and I am still getting the same message. It does not matter if I load TWS first or not.
