    Blank charts with revision 6

    I just updated from NT7 rev5 to the latest rev 6 and now all my charts are blank. Cannot get anything to display.

    Thank you for your note.

    Can you please change you charts to 24/7 templates and then reload the data and please clarify if that resolves the issue. To retrieve 24/7 data on a chart, please follow the directions below.
    • Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
    • In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.

    After changing the template please right-click on the chart and then select Reload Historical Data.

      Yes, that fixed the issue. Why can I not use US Equities RTH?

        What happens when you now revert back to US Equities RTH?

        What interval & instrument are you plotting to the chart when you experience this behavior?

          Chart goes blank again. It happens with every symbol I try. AAPL for example. Daily from Kinetic free EOD.

            Hello

            OK – this is a known issue which will be resolved in the next version of NinjaTrader 7. Please continue to use the 24/5 or 24/7 for the time being.

                    Hello JohnnyChimpo,

                    This is an issue in the current version of NT V7.0.1000.6 which will be resolved in the upcoming release of NT V7.0.1000.7. I do not have an ETA on when to expect delivery on this new version, however this issue should be resolved then.
