    zen fire connection problem

    unable to login with my zenfire connection .is someone having the same problem..??

    Is this still current for you at this point in time? There were a down period for maintenance, but it should be cleared and running again as my testing shows.

      still the same connection problem.i recieve a message to check my internet connection and login info.both r fine.so wondering where the problem might be??

        i also tested the connection after upgrading to latest NinjaTrader Version 7.0.1000.6.but no sucess.still the same connection problem with amp-zenfire .thanks

          Are you testing logging into a demo or live account here?

          I don't see any general issues here with ZenFire nor would I have any other reports on this.

              now zenfire works but i use kinetik for daily data and all of a sudden all my daily charts have become empty.i check my historical data manager and the data is there but still daily charts r empty.hourly and other charts r fine.since yesterday all these problems occuring first with zenfire connection and now with daily charts using kinetik.pls suggest.

                Great to hear Zen works now as expected, you should always expect some level of maintenance happening on the weekends. If you open a new chart in a new workspace being connected to Kinetick, could you then display those charts as usual?

                  no .thats the issue now.i created a new workspace.connected to kinetik.still daily charts r empty.

                    Thanks we will look into it - would changing the session template to Default 24/5 change the outcome for you?

                      thanks for the continous support.changing session time from default instrument settings to default 24/5 works.i can now see the charts .thank you.
