This is a live account. I was disconnected from my connection almost half an hour ago and have not been able to get back on since.
My internet connection is absolutely fine and running smoothly.
This is not the first time this has happened and I would like to resolve this problem immediately. What are some concrete steps I can take to diagnose this and move forward? Do I need to update to the most recent version of NT7?
Edit: So I shut down NT7 and re-started and it connected right away. Why would this be? Is there another way of re-connecting without shutting down NT7?
