    I am having similar issue.
My data provider is esignal. For some non-US futures contracts like KOSPI 200. It's in quarterly.
I can't get anything prior to 12-12 contracts. Since I have extended historical data subscribed, I should be able to get 6 months of historical tick data.
I have tried loading the exact month like 06-12 and 09-12 using either DO NOT MERGE or MERGEBACKADJUSTED, neither works.
    same for HSI futures.

Please let me know how. I have also used method provided by a NT tech as described in email by changing the contract to exact "expiry contract" in mapping, but it doesn't work either.

    thanks
    jack

      Hello,

Can you please send me an email with your configuration file so I may test your account on my end.

You will find your configuration file in the following directory:

      (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

Once located, please attach the config.xml file to an email addressed to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and a reference to this thread
