Ninjatrader 7.0.1000.9 with PFGclient 1.0.471

the ninja trader screen will stay on connecting for a long time and nothing happens. i open the small icon on the start menu which just says no connection.
and log shows
2012-02-28 20:41:46.89 - Log in to Quote Server before attempting to subscribe to quotes.
2012-02-28 20:41:46.89 - LogOut Call
2012-02-28 20:41:47.09 - Disconnecting Trade Server Socket

tried re installing both the api and NT one after the other. but the same issue. still not connecting,

gkopparam, could you please email us via Help >> Mail to Support in your NT platform so we could review your diagnostic trace and logs files then?
