Login failed ....error message

Hi,

I just tried to log in to ninjatrader and got a message saying

Login failed Unable to login error 7 Invalid user already logged in

Thank you for your post.

This occurs when the server you connect to believes that there is an existing open connection. Please follow the instructions below to resolve this situation.

• Shut down NinjaTrader
• Contact your broker and ask them to "Reset" your account
• Once they have confirmed that the account is reset you will be able to log back in

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.

I give my broker a phone call, and tell them to restet my account.
