    Error on loading chart data

    I have a MBT Forex account and keep getting this error:
    Error on loading chart data for '$AUDUSD Default': Error (errClientSideConnect) on loading historical data
    I am getting the error for all my forex pairs. It started today after never having this error before. I am on beta 3. I have rebooted, deleted all my data using the HDM, and I still get the error.

    Hi astrolobe, I tried on a live account using Beta3 and MBT Nav 11.6 and see no issues - what chart types / intervals are you loading here? Tick or time based ones?

      I am using Daily, 1440 minute, 240 minute, Hourly and 15 minute for 30 forex pairs. No tick charts.
      The charts use candlesticks.

      I have one forex pair open at a time, with 1 chart for each timeframe. So I have about five charts open in one workspace. The pairs are all in Market Analyzer, and the charts are synchronized with MA. I have a total of 3 similar workspaces open at one time.

      This is a live account. Nothing on my machine has changed in the past week, so the error is out of nowhere.

        Right now the USDCHF is giving me the error for minute-based charts. I am receiving current price data, but no history.

          Have you tried a freshly setup MBT account connection? Do the charts work normally in MBT Navigator standalone?

          I tried your USDCHF and can access it normally here also using a live account.

            I can login with MBT Navigator standalone, but am not receiving minute data.
            In NT, I can see my live positions and account info.
            I tested a MBT MetaTrader (demo), and it is working with historical data.

              It sounds to me like an issue with the historical data server you access from the MBT Nav - I'll try checking with MBT if there are currently any issues known.

                MBT confirmed there are currently issues on some servers they are investigating at this time.

                    These past issues on their data servers had been resolved as far as I know - I just tried on my live account here and could not see your issue happen - which NT and MBT Nav version are you working with?

                      The issue was resolved yesterday. There was a problem with the Historical Data server @ MB Trading. It was taken care of fairly quickly.
