NT Automation Issues - IB connection

I first reported this March 14th and there have been no updates two months later. Where does this bug stand? It continues to happen regularly and right now I'm just living with it. Basically the positions tab is useless in NT because some positions are just phantoms. It gets the positions correct at the start of the first connection to IB, but once you start making trades it just gets out of sync right away. Easy to reproduce.

TradeTree, it looks like you did not receive my last response by email on 4-13. We will need a reproducible scenario to move forward on this. Glad to hear it's easy to reproduce- we have a static IB paper trading account we can use for this. We are not able to piece together a sequence needed to see an issue from your log files. In our tests the position info is always accurate, so will need steps to reproduce the issue. We'll follow whatever steps you can provide for this using the paper trading account.Ryan M.NinjaTrader Customer Service
