connecting issues

I am using the latest version of Ninja...and also using the correct version of PFGAPI. My charts say "loading data". Control center is green and says "Connected - PFG", but in the lower right had corner it doesn't say loading whatever instrument that it normally does when I first start up Ninja....any suggestions on what I should do???? I have started Ninja several times this morning and the charts will not load with data.

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace and log files.
3.) The time interval charts you are attempting to load

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
