    Chart Won't Load

I am trying to load a single tick chart with 6E, E7, and M6E appearing in the same pane.

I am able to load the desired chart in 3 separate panes (seen below)

and I have been able to load 4 data series on the same chart (EUR/USD bid & ask, M6E bid & ask) (seen below)

but I am not able to load 6E, E7, & M6E in the same pane for 2/8/2011 with line on close for the time frame indicated in these charts.

It stands to reason if I can load all three separately and I can load 4 data series on the same pane of a single chart, I should definitely be able to load 3 data series on the same pane of a single chart.

Can anyone else do this? Why does this stuff always happen?

    Hi RDPoS,

    Thanks for your post.

I see what your results are with three separate sub charts and with a single 4 series chart, but I'm not clear on what happens with the 3 series chart.

Can you provide an image of that chart?

LOL, Sure. First the "chart" and then the settings used for all three data series...

        Hi RDPoS,

        Thanks for providing that image.

Please upload a copy of the workspace which contains this chart.
You'll find workspaces in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Workspaces folder.

Um, those files are xml and your attachment applet won't allow that.

            Hi RDPoS,

Please change the file extension to '.txt' for the upload. I can switch it back to '.xml' once I get the file downloaded.

                HI RDPoS,

This is another good work-around. Thanks for uploading!

One last question for you: who is your data provider?

                    Hi RDPoS,

Are you seeing any errors in the Log tab of the Control Center?

                        Hi RDPoS,

Thanks for sending that image over.

                        Please restart NinjaTrader.
Before connecting, I'd like you to remove the 6E series from the chart and load any other instrument in it's place. Next, connect to PFG.

Does the chart load in full with 6E excluded?

I had to close the chart and start over because 6E was the default series. So I disconnected and rebuilt the same chart with the following assets, $EURUSD (default), E7, M6E

Same effect, in a perpetual state of loading. I am not sure if this helps or not, but when I clicked ok to create the chart before reconnecting to PFG, I could see it load E7 and M6E before blanking out to show only $EURUSD. Again after reconnecting to PFG, none of the three data series would load.

Oddly the same type of chart with only 6E wouldn't load either. What gives?

Great, now it is getting worse. I repaired the DB and now none of the charts are loading.
