Failed to verify license

Hello Alexander_Russia,

NinjaTrader connect to its license server using the IP address and port numbers below. Make sure it is not blocked on your computer or internet connection setup.

IP - 74.200.197.238
Ports - 80 & 443

"Login failed: Unable to login(13): permission error"

Another one issue. When I try to connect Zen-Fire demo connection I get this message: "Login failed: Unable to login(13): permission error"

To my mind, my firewall cuts the connection off. The point is I can open firewall only for partiqular IP and port. But I don't know them.

Could you help, please.

Hello,

This error can mean several things.

1) Please check your time and date on the PC make sure it is correct including year.

2) Please make sure internet explorer can access the internet.

3)Please unblock these ports and IP's.

The connection problem remains. We opened all the ports for IP's you listed, but it didn't work.

I'm puzzled... Are there any other IP's to be opened?

possible problem been in vmware workstation software
i removed it and install this software again and all ok now
