Import Data Into Excel

Hello all,

I'm going to find it difficult to explain my problem, but here we go.....

I used to use Esignal for both charting and market data. I used Interactive Broker to place trades.

While using Esignal I would import the data into excel via a DDE link. So for example to import the 'last price' of MSFT I would insert the following into an excel cell:

=WINROS|LAST!MSFT

or if I wanted the volume for MSFT I would insert the following into an excel cell:

=WINROS|TOTALVOL!MSFT

Can someone please tell me if I can achieve the same functionality with Kinectick? If it is possible please provide guidance on how to achieve it.

I will check out the link. However, are you suggesting that there isn't anyway to import the market data from NT7 into excel?

Hi Carlton,

There's not a way to import to excel by default, but the method described at the link Ryan provided is a good work-around to achieve the same function.
