Error on loading chart data

Hello,

I was unable to load any historical chart data from server and got the message "Error on loading chart data 'XXXXX"" every time.

Tried on CL 02-11, DX 03-11 and GC 02-11 (I'm using Zen-fire, Ninja Trader 7.0.1000.1 )

Tried repair my DB

Tried uninstall/re-install Ninja Trader

Tried uninstall 7.0.1000.1 and install 7.0.0.23 (RC1)

Can you please send an email to support [at] NinjaTrader [dot] com and include your most recent log and trace files. Also include a reference to this post and "Attn: Matthew" in the subject line.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named ‘log.YYYYMMDD.txt’

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named ‘trace.YYYYMMDD.txt’

I am also having this problem. My message: "(errClientSideConnect) on loading historical data (Panic)" I has prevented me from opening NT properly since last week. I have a vendor assembly loaded, but it has not caused a problem before. Running 7.0.1000.1
