    Mine started when entering new year. 2010 was fine no problem and I find it strange for it to behave this way.

        I just talked to an MB rep and they said that they still do provide about a days amount of tick data. They say that their no reported problem on their end. Funny that the data worked for me yesterday for a brief time.

              Problems with MBT

              Yes today problems with MBT, tick data, and some other data won't download etc..

                  I get the same problem with range charts. I have mine set to Range 30. Reported it in the Charting forum.

                    Thank you for reporting this.

                    To be clear, it is the loading of tick data itself which is effected. As a consequence of this, any bar type which relies on tick interval data would be effected. This would include the following:
                    • Tick bars
                    • Volume bars
                    • Range bars
                    • Seconds bars
                    • Renko bars

                      Excuse me, I may not be all inclusive
                      I'm french, and I'll test with MBT Ninja 6.5, when I log in the morning, mbt not load data from the night
                      MBT is a willingness, or I've still not understood

                        Are you saying that overnight data is not displaying on the chart?

                        If so, this is likely a case where the chart data is excluded by session template settings.

                        To retrieve 24/7 data on a chart, please follow the directions below.
                        • Right click in your chart and select Data Series.
                        • In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.

                                Is it the case that overnight data is missing?

                                If so, please check the Session Begins and Session Ends time the chart is using.

                                You'll find these settings in the Properties menu. To access the Properties menu, right click within your chart and select that option.
