    APEX NT8 Connected but yellow light and no data

    Hello,

    It was working well, but since yesterday when i connect to apex, the light stay yellow in the left bottom corner but green in connection tab, no data and my account are not loading, order are being sent if i click market order using dom, but it doesnt show my position in ninjatrader.

    The log says Primary connection=Connected, Price feed=Connected
    I'm using the version 8.1.2.1 64-bit.

    I tried reinstalling it, restarting my computer. Deleting the DB, Nothing changed.

    Thank you for posting.

    Are you running R Trader Pro at the same time?

    If you are restart R|Trader Pro and enter your credentials into the 'Orders' user ID and password fields and the 'Market Data' user ID and password field->Click on 'Allow plug-ins' (the text will be yellow when enabled)->Click on 'Login'

    Within NinjaTrader, ensure 'Plug-in mode for market data' is enabled in the connection
    • Control Center > Connections > Configure
    • Select your Rithmic connection > Ensure 'Plug-in mode for market data' is enabled
    • Restart NinjaTrader
    • Connect within NinjaTrader
    If you are not running R Trader Pro at the same ensure "Plug-in mode for market data" is disabled in your connection settings then restart NinjaTrader and test again.

      I'm not running R trader pro, im using tradovate connection, not rithmic.

        I'm not sure if you received my email however first please reset your dns with the steps below.
        • Go to the Windows menu
        • Type CMD
        • Right click on Command Prompt->Run as administrator
        • Type ipconfig /flushdns then hit Enter
        • Once finished close this window
        Next shut down your PC then reboot your modem, restart your PC and let me know if you can then test your connection again.

          I have tried ipconfig /flushdns
          it didnt fix the problem.
          I have sent you the log and trace zip.

              it was an addon that was causing the problem. Chart lag v3
