Hello RDPoS,
Thank you for your post.
In this case, you will first need to remove, repair, and recreate the connection to PFG:
1. Go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
2. Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Data tab --> click Repair DB
3. Restart NinjaTrader
4. Go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.
For your convenience, I have included this link with step-by-step instructions for re-building your connection to PFG:
**Make sure you have installed PFG API version 1.0.445
If this does not resolve the issue, then I will need you to send us an email to support AT ninjatrader DOT com & attach the diagnostic files.
You can find these in:
1. NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
2. NinjaTrader 7 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt
