NT 6.5.19 Will not load
When loading program ... hangs on splash screen. How do I correct this issue. Was working fineTags: None

Hi,
Can you send us your trace file. You can find this under the windows icon in the lower left corner of your taskbar. Then click (My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Trace--> trace.20101213. This is a .txt file. Attach it to an email and send it over to support at ninjatrader dot com. Refer to this forum post as well and put in the subject 'For Vince'.
