Yes, I've read it. Unless I'm misreading, it basically says "use 911 or 912, but FA accounts won't work properly." and then go on explaining why the "fault' for it lies elsewhere.

What I was suggesting previously is that the "it's IB's fault" approach isn't helping me, or any other prospective/current NT customers. There must be another way at it since other API-based applications can properly work with current TWS instances.
