    Startup crash

    Hello,

    I have a problem with starting NT. On startup program crashes and shows me
    an error box which tells me to restart program and send "craslog" via help support. I can´t do that cause program doesn´t start yet.
    I use windows XP home, SP 3. I tried to reinstall program but it doesn´t work.

    Thank you for any respond or suggest to fix this issue.

    Thank you for your post.

    Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Kyle" in the subject line.

    In the message, include the following:

    1.) A link to this forum thread.

    2.) Your most current trace file.
    You will find that file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 6.5 (or 7) > Trace folder.
    Today's trace file will be named 'trace.20101021.txt'.
