    program not responding

    I have been using NT for some time now. Today a message came up about an unhandled error, and I chose "continue". Now NT does not respond. I have removed the program, cleared the temp internet files in the browser, and re-installed the program, but no luck. What's my next move? I don't want to lose my templates, etc.
