Connection Lost Again

I was just able to connect...and then got disconnected about 10 seconds later.

right now I am connected again.

and disconnected again in the same 30secs.

Hello all,

Unfortunately the historical data server had to be reset this morning.

Could you please restart NinjaTrader and re-connect to Zen-Fire. You should now be able to get connected for real-time and historical data.

There will be historical data missing between 9:26 AM - 9:34 AM EDT. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

The loss of historical data may be an "inconvenience", but the loss of a connection is more than that. I'm here to trade and obviously can't do that with no connection or actually worse one that freezes like it just did again. I won't risk my money with a faulty connection. I already lost a couple thousand dollars the last few months on that although those problems weren't Zen-Fire related. Thanks.

Just noticed now the chart and SuperDom data for TF is frozen while the data and charts for ES, NQ, and YM is working. What would cause that?

Now the connection is lost again and I shut it down.

We experience disconnections on our end as well. However we are re-connected again within a few seconds. Please note that NinjaTrader does not dictate when a connection is lost. It operates like a radio receiver in that it receives a signal from your broker and then displays/reports these signals back to you the trader. When a connection is lost, it is the broker's API that determines this and reports this to NinjaTrader which in turn reports this back to the trader.

We contacted Zen-Fire for clarification. As soon as there is news, I will let you know.

It must be ZenFire causing the problem because my broker is Amp Futures.
