Hi-I used a demo account with my broker and everything was fine. Now that I am using the live version of ninjatrader and a new account with my broker the feed on the DOM and chart are static-in or out of global simulation mode, sim 101 or in my broker account. Any suggestions?

We found that you needed to roll over from the ES 06-10 contract to the ES 09-10 contract.
