    Hello Mike_32,

Unfortunately I am not sure why you display black lines in the Time and Sales window. I setup the same colors in the T&S window and selected the 6E 09-10, however I did not see any black lines yet.

Can you please close the current T&S window and create a new one. Check what color settings are used and subsequently select the 6E 09-10. Check if the issue persists.

If so, please tell me to what connectivity provider you connect.

Hi I am using zenfire connection live data.
I did that again set it all up, I have done it a few times actually.
And still some of the trades show up as black.
Which I have nothing selected that should make anything black as you can see in the picture.

Can you please tell me what NinjaTrader version you have installed. You can check this at Help-->About.

Do you see a difference if you select a different instrument in the T&S window?

They are not all the time not very often, but I don't know what they are or what they represent.

Could you please download and install NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.16 on top of your current version at the link below.

Let me know if the issue persists using the latest version.

Please let me know the outcome once you have the latest NinjaTrader version installed.

By default, trades that occur between the bid and ask price are plotted in a black color. However once I set this option to gray in the properties menu, it will be plotted in a gray color.

                      Hi Mike_32,

As a test, please set the 'Between Fore Color' property to a value of 'Red'.

With this property setting in place, are you still seeing the black lines being plotted in the window?

Its just done it again I haven't installed the new one yet because I have to restart but I will do it later.
Could you make yours the same as my colors, in my pic down there, and put a size filter of 20?
                        On 6E.
That's the one that seems to be doing it the most with that filter.

Yes I have tried this, they are not actually black lines, the text is black.

                            Hi Mike_32,

I have tested with the same settings shown in your image, but do not receive the same result.

Can you please provide an image of the settings not shown in the image you added to your original post?

Here is all the settings there are.
It is simply printing text as black, when nothing is set to black, or it is some kind of other orders that the platform doesn't talk about.
