Trouble Charting ZS on Zen Fire

I am getting an error message when attempting to chart ZS (soybeans electronic) on Zen Fire. The message says:

"Error loading chart data for ZS 05-10 ECbot: Ninja Trader data server does not support this instrument, no data available."

I can chart ZC (corn) with no problem. The symbol map is input ZS. Anyone have a solution?

Thank you for your post.

In order to receive historical data for ZS 05-10 you will need to use the Globex Exchange when connected to Zen-Fire.

Please remove ZS 05-10 from your Default list and add it back in with Globex selected as the Exchange and let me know if the issue persists.

Thanks for the lighting fast response, Chris. Your solution worked. Funny thing is, the exchange was originally set to GLOBEX, and I got that same error message. Seeing that error message, I thought the exchange being GLOBEX was an error, so I changed it to ECBOT. However, deleting ZS and adding it back worked with the exchange set at GLOBEX.
