Ninja Trader ReInstalls everytime on startup

Should it be impossible to get an answer and a solution to why Ninja trader asks for the licence key every time I start the software. Have not got anything that even closes on approaching the problem. For me it seems obvious it has something to do with the license key and that I first installed the software into another user account before changing to another user account in vista after uninstalling the previous account.

Some conflict in the computer caused the files in the ninja folder to be deleted. The cause is not completely determined yet but I think there was a conflict between my security software WinPatrol and the Ninja Software. It seems like Winpatrol did not allow any changes to occur.

Will have to test to see if it was winpatrol. The cause still must have been that some process deleted the Config file, so that Ninjatrader.exe had to rebuild it and thus asked for the license key.

Just to come back and conclude the problem. The winpatrol program was quite innocent it appeared. What was moving the files was a poker program called holdemmanager, which accidentally had been set to import pokerhands from documents + subfolders. The software thought the Ninjatrader hands were pokerhands and moved them as well. This sure was a tough nut to crack. Oh well, hope to get some flawless trading done now.
