Problem with display data and IQFeed

Sure, where can I find the trace and log files that I'm suppose to attach?

You can find your log and trace files at the following location.

Trace file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Trace-> trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 6.5->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt

Please attempt to resend your log and trace files to support [at sign] ninjatrader [dot] com. Please include Attn: Chris ticket 235062 in the subject.

Unfortunately I have not seen any email come in with Attn: Chris with reference to your ticket.

If the files are larger than 3MB please attempt to send them using www.yousendit.com
