    Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Kyle" in the subject line.

    In the message, please include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.
    2.) Your login credentials for the connection. Specifically, I will need the following:
    • User Name
    • Password
    • Server Type (default is “Live” if not specified)
    • SuperTAS enabled/disabled
    • Host Address
    • Host Port
    • Price Address
    • Price Port

              Still cant get the Russell 2000 under the symbol TF 12-09 to work.

              My broker have re-set my account and have said "We have definitely added it here, I don’t know what else we can do – your account has all the permissions to trade."


              I should say, the YM and FTSE Futures are working, its just TF 12-09 that dont work can you try to sort this out for me.........

                  hi,

                  I am having the same problem and can not open the chart for TF.
                  I am using data from INteractive Brokers and the error message says
                  Error in requesting historical data from IB, No security definition has been
                  found for this request(200)
                  Can you pls help.

                    Hello skolipaka,

                    Can you please try the following. Remove the TF 12-09 from the default instrument list in the Instrument Manager.


                    Go to Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab and click Reset Instruments.

                    Add the TF 12-09 back and check if you receive data.
