Login failed: Unable to login (10001)
I have a live license and am able to connect from home. When I get to work, it verifiys my licence and loads. When I try to connect to zen-fire(mirus) i get error "Login failed: Unable to login (10001)" Im sure i am being blocked by corp firewall and want to know if there is a way to change port (pref 80) to get around issue or any other ideas. thanks.Tags: None

Hello hutch1187,
Please try recreating the Zen-Fire connection via Tools-->Account Connections.
Manually type in your username and password and check if the issue persists.
If so, please check for software, such as (corporate) firewalls, spyware and anti-virus software, that could be blocking the connection.
If the issue remains, please send me your Zen-Fire username and password, so I can create and test your connection on my end. Send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com, include 'Attn Jason' in the subject header and reference this forum thread.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service
