try new registration

I did experience the same thing about a month ago, it has been solved by new registration and new login data sent from mirus futures (their website).
Today I am online since 1:42am without any connection lost.

Could it be you are located in Australia?

If so, can you please contact your ISP and check if all is fine on their end.
We received some similar reports from Australian customers so far. We are able to connect to those connections on our end, which indicates something on the user's end is blocking the connection.

A router could be causing the issue as well. Try connecting your PC directly to your modem, bypassing the router, and check if this will make a difference.

You can always send your username and password to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com as per post #15, so I can test the connection on my end to verify if the issue is caused by the connection itself or some setting on your end.
