    Ninja crash & unable to connect

    Anyone have a Ninja crash & unable to connect. Not sure if it is Mirus??

      Thank you for your post.

      There actually were a few reports of an unexpected disconnect throughout the night. The issue seems to have been resolved at this time.

      I will report this to our development team to let them know of the issue.

                I am unable to log in again.

                I get this message:

                  I have just tested my Zen-Fire connection and was able to connect successfully.

                  Please remove, repair and recreate your connection with the steps I have provided below.
                  • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
                  • Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
                  • Restart NinjaTrader
                  • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

                  I have provided a link below to our Connection Guide that will assist with recreating your connection.



                  Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

                    I did as instructed, still unable to connect to zen-fire, but I have no problem with other connections.

                        Hi yes I still have a problem logging in to Mirus ZenFire as well.
                        Have not been able to access for aprox 6 hours.
                        Have sent emails to all with no reply as yet.

                              Hello all,

                              I am able to connect to Zen-Fire on my end. Please try recreating the Zen-Fire connection via Tools-->Account Connections.


                              Manually type in your username and password and check if the issue persists.

                              If so, please check for software, such as (corporate) firewalls, spyware and anti-virus software, that could be blocking the connection.

                              If the issue remains, please send me your Zen-Fire username and password, so I can create and test your connection on my end.

                              You can send them to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Please reference this forum thread and put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header.
