      having the same problem with charts not being populated using esignal. any suggestions on how to solve this??

        Phaseshifter, do you see any errors in the log tab? Are you getting the requested data directly in eSignal itself? If so, please also check if you get live quotes when the symbol is selected in the Control Center while being connected to eSignal.

          no errors in the log.
          I see price updates coming in from esignal to control center.
          "reload hist. data" does not help, charts stay blank.

          sometimes restart or reconnecting helps (1 out of 5 tries)

            Then please do this -
            1. Disconnect from eSignal
            2. Go to Tools > Account connections and remove your eSignal connection
            3. Go to Tools > Options > Misc and Repair the DB
            4. Now recreate the account connection fresh with the help of this guide - http://www.ninjatrader.com/webnew/support_esignal.htm
            5. Now reconnect to eSignal and recheck your charts please

              i too today have been having issues with blank charts! out of the blue i have not been able to load anything since 7:30 am.

              updated: I am following the instructions for repairing the database.

                  I have fixed the database and the only charts i can pull up are for ES. I only usually look at three charts - ZN, 6B and ES.

                    on the chart selecting the instrument dropdown - ES is the only one that I am allowed to load.

                      Are you also using eSignal as feed? Do you see any errors in the log tab as you attempt accessing for example ZB and 6B? Is normal level 1 data for all symbols coming in your Control Center?

                        did not work - i just sent files to support.

                        i am using trading technologies feed.

                        i don't see any errors in the log.

                            I can get most chats (im using AMP/zenfire combo) but today i treid to pull up a ZN chart, and it is blank. However, the bid/ask info is moving in the bottom right hand corner, so it is obviously receiving the data..?...

                                subterfuge, did you try the suggestion in my earlier post describing how to repair the database and resetup the ZenFire connection fresh?
