    I don't see any 24/7 option when I click on the trading hours <use instrument settings>

      And now my NT8 is not connected. It is yellow.

        I've logged off and restarted NT8 - I can't get it to go green.

          Thank you for your reply.

          Since it seems that you are experiencing connectivity issues, I would like to review your log and trace files to get a better idea of what is occurring.

          You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

          Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
