lcy1031, yes I would believe so - as the BetterRenko's main period value should be allowed to optimize via the Strategy Analyzer if 'Optimize Data Series' is enabled.

I got universal renko bar which has three parameters, trend, offset, and reversal. Can I optimize on all of them? It will be very helpful if you can point me to a similar sample.

This would unfortunately not be possible per default - you can only optimize the main data series value, same as for example for our more exotic bar types like Point and Figure. Offering more flexibility here is on our suggestion list in product management.
