I have been using eSignal successfully for several months, along with InteractiveBrokers, trading live until today, when I uninstalled NT in order to purge some corrupt script.
After reinstalling NT, I used the wizard in Tools to setup Account Connections with eSignal as before putting in my username and password.
But now when I go to connect I get an error message saying that the password and username are rejected.
I asked eSignal support, which confirmed the password etc and said these are the only possible entries.
At times when connecting to eSignal, the panel stays grayed out and I can neither connect nor disconnect.
My charts do not have live data and the back test fails to work as well.
Any thoughts much appreciated.
