    Backfill, chart error message

When I export a symbol to Market Analyzer, for example: SOBM, Ninja TRader notifies me there is an error receiving the chart from my broker, or sometimes I receive a 'backfill' error message. When I look up SOBM, it is a valid symbol, and a chart is available, which is displaying a lot of activity. I'm using TD ameritrade as a broker, and the source of my pricing, stock information. Should I be using another source for stock information?

    Hi cmach123,

    Thank you for your post.

Can you provide me with the exact text from the error message or take a screenshot of your Log Tab?

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

I tried to send an email, when I do, I receive an error message stating the target machine refused the ip address 81.169.163.172.25.
