new license

Yesterday, I applied for a new license # so that I am permissioned for ATM strategies. I have yet to recieve it. I applied via the ninja website and paid for it with pay-pal. I am concerned it didn't go through. Can I get some help? I am not getting a reply when I email customer service, I've tried three times.
