    new license

    Yesterday, I applied for a new license # so that I am permissioned for ATM strategies. I have yet to recieve it. I applied via the ninja website and paid for it with pay-pal. I am concerned it didn't go through. Can I get some help? I am not getting a reply when I email customer service, I've tried three times.

    Also, it is likely that the message containing your license key was mistakenly identified as SPAM. Please check your SPAM folder and let me know if you find the message.

        I still have NOT heard anything about turning on the ATM strategies that I did on last Thursday morning from the Ninja website. \
