    hi,

is this normal (Zen-Fire or NT)?
These candles do not exist in reality.

    thank you.

    Hello hegh2000,

I see the chart contains bad ticks, which causes these candles. I suggest to right click in the chart and select 'Reload Historical Data' and check if this will remove the bad ticks.

      thank you for the answer.

I have redone several times, but always the same.

NinjaTrader acts like a radio receiver in that we display data as it is provided.

You could manually remove the bad ticks by exporting historical data, manually modify the data to remove the bad ticks and re-import the modified historical data.

Instructions to export and import data can be found at the link below.

        Export:

        Import:

Note, make sure you do not include the time section you re-imported upon future data requests to avoid data from the data feed to overwrite the manually modified data. More information how NinjaTrader loads data can be found at the link below.

Can you please confirm that after manually removing the bad ticks from the exported data .txt file and re-importing it, the historical data is still the same while not connected to your data feed.

If so, please post the exported modified .txt file.

Unfortunately I was unable to open the files.

Could you please post the .txt file.

Please see the attached .zip file. I manually removed the bad ticks; I replaced the High by a different value to remove the long lines in the chart.

It should work, I tested it on my end and upon creating a new chart after importing the file the bad ticks were not displayed anymore.

Make sure you are not connected to your data feed provider as per post #4, since it will overwrite the modified data with the bad ticks again.

                              hi,
                              I tried several methods.
Empty the base, repair the database, import data corrected.
                              precisely, we just have another.
