As mentioned in post #4, NinjaTrader acts like a radio receiver in that we display data as it is provided.
To prevent bad ticks, you can make use of the real-time tick filter located at Tools-->Options-->Data-tab. More information can be found at the link below.
In addition, upon importing the corrected historical data file make sure you are not connected to your data feed. OPen up a new chart and it should reflect the corrected historical data.
