    How To Reset/Remove/Open SIM Account

    Hi,

    1. I cannot reset Sim Account, because in Tools/Options there is no such a thing as Simulator Tab.
    2. I cannot reset Sim Account, because in Command Center​/Simulation/Edit Account in lower right hand corner there is no such a thing as reset.
    3. I cannot remove account. I am instructed to disconnect in order to remove Simulation Account, but when I disconnect, the account disappears so, I can't remove it.
    4. Then, when I add a new simulation account and reconnect, it's not the new account that reconnects, but the old one. The new one is nowhere in site.
    5. I want to reset the cash value. Where is the reset button?

      Hi,

      Thanks for the reply. The instructions you sent me is one of the instructions that does not work. The page you sent was one of the pages I checked out. As I said, in point 2 that the reset button is missing. Any solutions?

        Hello,

        Can you post a screenshot of the window that appears when you right click the sim101 account and select 'edit account'?

        Also, can I confirm you are referring to the sim101 account specifically and not another demo account?

          Hi,

          It just says in the connection tab "simulation" and after it in Display name "DEMO" and some numbers.

                Hi,

                Thank You for your help Ryan. Meantime, I figured part of it out. My only problem is that I don't know how to switch between accounts. When I connect three Sim accounts open - Sim101, DEMO and another one I created. I am stuck with the DEMO, and can't switch to Sim 101. Also, how can I reset cash value to my liking in DEMO account?

                  Hello,

                  The 'DEMO' account is a server side demo account held on our servers rather than the Sim101 account which is a demo account local to the platform. You can reset the cash balance of the demo account via the instructions in the link below:

                    Hi Ryan,

                    I tried this already, but it looks like it just adds the modification to the existing balance. Maybe I should try "minus" before the number I put in their to subtract?

                      Hello,

                      Correct, you can put a - in front of the value to have it subtract from the cash balance of the demo account.
