    Logon Failed

    Good Evening,

    I upgraded to a new PC tonight and can't connect to my brokerage. From what I read, my machine ID changed and NinjaTrader automatically removed my license key, name and password.
    When I go to Help > License Key, the correct license key is still showing up. I copy and pasted it again seeing if that would fix the issue but had no luck.

    Can someone please help me out ASAP? I need to be ready to go early tomorrow morning.

    Thank you very much for your post.

    This error would indicate that NinjaTrader is able to reach the server but then receives an "incorrect username/password" error.

    As a first step, please ensure you are able to connect to this account using the Rithmic Trader Pro, and that all Documents & Agreements therein are signed.

    If you are able to connect in Rithmic Trader Pro and still can't connect in NinjaTrader, please send us your platform's log & trace files, and we can then best assist further.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center -> Help -> Email Support.

    Please select "Platform Technical Support" as the recipient and enter a brief "ATTN Manfred" note in the message.
