No real time quotes coming in after successful NT7 connection

Hello, support,
I started up my NT7 this morning about 1/2 hour ago.
I get a successful connection, but no real-time tick data coming thru to my charts, Times sales, or on the DOM. My charts do reflect the last quotes up to the second that I connect but no successive quotes. I don't know what the problem can be, please assist.

Hello Spartacus ,

Thank you for your post.

Your brokerage account provider likely has to enable you for real time quotes.

Please contact your broker to make sure that you are all set on their end.


On NinjaTrader's side, make sure that you are looking at an active contract that will allow you to see data.

i.e ES 12-22. Something like ES 09-21 would not provide you any real time data.
