Ray has said Q1 09 for the beta.

My mdb database file is nearly 300MB in size, and I haven't noticed any problems so I wonder what the magic issue/size/trick is here.

My thought on the issue is a small memory leak somewhere. cos it is after X time.

Yes a few. I do experience problems with charts on a semi-regular basis, it seems if I do things in a certain pattern the 'loading' box will hang. But I've learned to be careful, and it's just a common practice for me to exit/re-launch NT every 30 minutes if I am doing heavy backtesting etc because of the memory leaks.

But I thought people were mainly referring to just general everyday use (not backtesting) with these MDB problems where their CPU would peg at 100% usage. That has never happened to me. Quite the opposite, in fact, when NT hangs it usually is 0% cpu and just 1.3 or 1.4GB of memory and it just sits there until I terminate it.

Yeah mine takes about 200-300meg and charts are slow to respond at about the 2-4hr mark.
